A Little About Me
I was born in Fremont, CA and raised all around the North Bay. I now live up in Rohnert Park, CA with 4 other girls that, I like to believe, are my family. To my surprise, my 4 years at Sonoma State were filled with so many fun, random moments. I know I'll treasure them forever, much like the true friendships I've made...
My Time in Hutchins
I never fully intended to join the Hutchins program when I first arrived at Sonoma State. My parents had decided it would be best if I stayed with my best friend, and the fact that there wouldn't be any tests in this program was a huge plus to them. Even though I was sad at the time, I admit that being in this program has definitely helped me a lot. Not only did I do all 4 semesters of the GE courses, but I decided to minor in Liberal Studies so I could continue to take different courses in the Hutchins program.
My Main Major: English
I became an English major back in Fall of 2019. My passion for the subject and its Single Subject Credential program had managed to win me over from becoming a Liberal Studies student. The courses and lovely teachers I've had have helped prepare me to enter the credential program at Sonoma State University. Hopefully, in one year, I will become an English teacher for high school or middle school students!
